How we work

Open-book pricing and clear data ownership.

What Travel GHR does

Source and negotiate

We compare hotels side by side and negotiate rates, space and protections for ASCA.

Protect the contracts

We read every clause, track every deadline, and lower the risk of attrition fees.

Track every cost

Every invoice, receipt and rebate in one place, with a clear cost per attendee.

Care for every attendee

Safe booking, emergency plans, access needs, visas and travel help.

Open book. Every source of income, in plain view.

Your data, your rules

  • ASCA owns its data.
  • Access is limited to named people.
  • Attendee data is deleted after each event unless ASCA asks otherwise.
  • Payment cards are never stored.
  • International attendee data is handled under applicable privacy laws.

A low-risk first step

Option 1

Free contract and attrition review of one existing agreement

Send one signed hotel contract. We return a plain-English list of risks, deadlines and savings.

Option 2

Run one regional clinic as a pilot

We handle one smaller event end to end, so ASCA can judge the results before going further.

About Nicci

Founder

Nicci Grotefendt

Founder and lead event partner, Travel GHR

Years on the hotel side of the table taught me where the flexibility hides, which clauses bite, and how to protect a nonprofit before anything is signed.

Nicci founded Travel GHR after years in hotel general management, negotiating group contracts for the hotel. Today she sits on ASCA's side, using that inside view to lower risk and cost.
